Andre Foltz is a legislative affairs professional with extensive experience in government relations, public policy, and legislative affairs. He most recently served as a Legislative Analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) where he advised senior leaders on legislative strategy, prepared agency officials for congressional engagements, and coordinated responses to lawmakers on a wide range of energy issues including energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization, and advanced manufacturing.

Prior to serving at the Department of Energy, Andre worked with business leaders to advocate for federal investments in early childhood education.

Andre began his career in the press office of U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer (D-NY). He holds an M.A. in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University.
